Safety Guidelines for proper use
1.) The EZ-PillPopper is relatively heavy (approximately 9.5 Lbs.) for its’ size and proper care must be taken when unpacking, setting up and moving the machine.
2.) Always ensure that the suction cups are fully engaged [On] and that the machine is stable before use.

- Keep hands, fingers, clothing and other objects clear of the machine when rotating the activator arm.
- When moving & carrying the EZ-PillPopper, use the provided strap to safely secure the activator arm to the base.
- Store the machine on a clean, flat surface.
Operating Instructions
1.) Place the EZ-PillPopper on a stable work surface with the suction cups close to the edge, allowing the activator arm to rotate freely without contacting the work surface. Be sure that the suction cups are in the [off] position as indicated by the locking collars around the support legs.
2.) Using two fingers, one on each wing of the suction cup locking collar, rotate the locking collar to the [on] position.
3.) Re-check the free rotation of the activator arm and ensure that the EZ-PillPopper is securely positioned on the work surface. Gently rotate the activator arm to the left (counter clock-wise) until it stops and then release; this is the [start] position. Place the medication catch tray under the base plate, looking through the base plate holes to ensure proper alignment.

CAUTION: KEEP FINGERS, CLOTHING AND OTHER OBJECTS CLEAR OF MOVING PARTS WHILE ROTATING THE ACTIVATOR ARM.
Open the positioning bail, located on the right side of the EZ-PillPopper, then place the 30 dose medication card on the base plate with the plastic blisters facing UP.
Close the positioning bail, ensuring that the top 5 medication blisters fit snugly into the bail holes and the bail is flat on the base plate.
With one hand on the handle, rotate the activator arm to the right (clock-wise) until it stops (1 full rotation).
4.) Open the positioning bail, located on the right side of the EZ-PillPopper, then place the 30 dose medication card on the base plate with the plastic blisters facing UP.
5.) Close the positioning bail, ensuring that the top 5 medication blisters fit snugly into the bail holes and the bail is flat on the base plate.
6.) With one hand on the handle, rotate the activator arm to the right (clock-wise) until it stops (1 full rotation).

6.) With one hand on the handle, rotate the activator arm to the right (clock-wise) until it stops (1 full rotation).

7.) Return the activator arm to the [start] position by rotating left, then lift the bail and remove the emptied medication card.
8.) When the medication extraction is complete, the EZ-PillPopper can be removed from the work surface by rotating the suction cup locking collar to the [off] position (see step #2) and lifting the small suction release tabs on the bottom edge of the cups. Always use the provided fastening strap to safely secure the activator arm to the base plate when moving and storing the EZ-PillPopper.
8.) When the medication extraction is complete, the EZ-PillPopper can be removed from the work surface by rotating the suction cup locking collar to the [off] position (see step #2) and lifting the small suction release tabs on the bottom edge of the cups. Always use the provided fastening strap to safely secure the activator arm to the base plate when moving and storing the EZ-PillPopper.

The EZ-PillPopper must be placed on a smooth, non-porous surface in order for the suction cups to provide a reliably stable platform. The surface must also have a straight edge of at least 22 inches to accommodate the full rotation of the activator arm. The EZ-PillPopper is designed and manufactured to exacting standards and should be handled with care when setting up, taking down and storing. Always use the provided fastening strap to safely secure the activator arm to the base plate when moving and storing the EZ-PillPopper. |
*The 20A13 model of the EZ-PillPopper is designed for use with the 30 dose, 9"x6" medication cards. Use of the 20A13 model with any other cards can result in damage to the machine and/or personal injury.
